The products are made for dog show or similar purposes (leads and collars).
Do not let children use the products unsupervised.
For my show leads and collars, there is a restricted guarantee for one year from purchase. If your item breaks, please contact me to see if it can be fixed or replaced.
If there are beads in the products, the beads may break and are not included in guarantee. However it may be possible to replace broken beads.
Guarantee doesn’t apply if the product has been stolen, lost or tampered with, or not handled carefully.
Please store the products in soft pouch or case to prevent damage. Make sure you don’t leave your show lead unattended in events as they are easily stolen.
Only use show leads in the show or training sessions, and use regular wider collar and lead for transport of dogs. Don’t leave show lead or collar on the dog or allow children to use the products while unsupervised.
Seller will not assume any responsibility over third party damages when using the products. Please notice that a narrow lead may cause damage to the handler or dog if the dog is not trained and pulls hard. Always use precaution when using narrow lead on young, strong or untrained dogs to prevent accidents or injury.

Order processing time
I will ship within 1-3 days of receiving payment.
Custom orders will take 1-3 weeks to be made, if all materials are in stock. You can request a custom order via email before purchasing through web store for any special requirements.
Finland: 3 euros for unsigned post (without tracking), 12 euros with tracking.
Europe:17 euros for signed post with tracking
North America: 17 euros for signed post with tracking
There is also possibility for free pick up at the store location Espoo, Finland or at local shows. You can request availability via email email@example.com before purchasing.
Please notice, that items shipped without tracking will not be replaced, if the item is lost in mail.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns or exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me before shipping the item back.
Buyer is responsible for return postage.
Any postage, tax, insurance or customs fees are not refunded in case of returns or exchanges.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, with their original tags and in saleable condition to be refunded in full.
Please use bubble wrap or soft tissues to wrap items when returned, to prevent damage in the mail.
Money is returned when the item has returned and inspected. Usually within 14 days of cancellation of order. If the product has not been returned in that time, allow return shipping time + handling time of 2 days in addition to the return time. Please keep any receipts of the product return shipping until you hae received refund.
If the product is wrong size or style, you may exchange it. In exchange situations, all postage costs will be paid by buyer. Product must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be unused, in saleable condition and with orignal tags. Please contact me before return of product.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact me as soon as possible, but within 7 days. Damaged products will be replaced, if it has been caused by manufacturing error or postage damage.
If you receive the product in the mail with defective package, please show it at the post office if possible. Take photos of the packaging before opening it. Inspect the product for any flaws and take pictures if you find defects or damage.
Due to the handmade quality of products and natural quality of leather, there may be minor marks in the product. However I will try my best to ensure the best possible quality product. Please let me know if you aren’t happy with the product.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Any loss of value will be deducted from the purchase amount when the product is refunded to the buyer.
Loss of value may be due to:
- product is not unused (shape or color has changed due to usage)
- product has damaged (dirt or marks in product)
